125 Bad Bargain Lane, Heworth, grid reference SE 62703 52600 - now a Spar. Dead easy to find with Street View - it is the only shop in the whole of the lane!
Butcher Row, Beverley. NB. just one butcher! Street is pedestrianised - cannot view with Street View. At numbers 25-31, grid reference TA 03589 39504 there is Marks & Spencer Simply Food, formerly Morrisons but there is no evidence that Frank Dee was on this site.

307 Hessle Road, Hull, grid reference TA 07870 27707 - on site of Langham Cinema [2]

613 & 615 Holderness Road, Hull, grid reference TA 12525 31104 - now Adam Alsabti's Pizzeria & Grillhouse and Trev's Trading Place, quality second hand goods bought & sold.
Thorngumbald Shopping Centre, Church Lane, Thorngumbald, grid reference TA 20660 26300 - this curious postal address is very suggestive and a Spar at this address reinforces the suspicion.
